4th Annual Alliance for Drug Endangered Children Conference

The focus of this conference is on the formation of community-based partnerships by encouraging agency personnel to coordinate their mutual interests, resources and responsibilities to meet the needs of our children.

The National Alliance for DEC represents multiple disciplines with a common vision: a future where children whose caregivers abuse substances are provided opportunities to live in safe and nurturing environments free from abuse and neglect. Effectively addressing the issue of Drug Endangered Children requires a multi-faceted strategy that includes prevention, law enforcement, courts, probation, social services, treatment, mental health, medical, child welfare, education, public health, federal agencies, tribal nations, non-profit organizations, and the community.
